Regional Center Applications and Projects

TDK Law Group helps clients throughout the United States who wish to establish a regional center of their own. Mr. Knowles has been involved in establishing or successfully amending the designations of approximately 20 regional centers, and formerly served as President of a regional center in South Carolina in the 1990’s.  He possesses extensive experience and knowledge in establishing regional centers and can traverse through the often complex requirements for approval.  Knowles also counsels Regional Centers on the design of projects to ensure that they are: (a) fully compliant with EB-5 law, regulations and policy; (b) competitive on investor risk and exit options with other projects in the EB-5 marketplace; and (c) attractive to the agent-distribution market.  Once the project is appropriately designed, Knowles will review commercial and securities documents for immigration law compliance and may be engaged to produce the projects filing template.

To date, TDK Law Group has a 100% approval rate for his clients’ I-526, I-829 and I-924 petitions. Please contact TDK Law Group for more information on establishing regional centers and projects.

Permanent Resident visas are also referred to as “Green Cards.” A Permanent Resident, or “PR,” visa allows its holder to live and work in the United States indefinitely, and to travel to and from the United States as the holder maintains permanent resident status. Generally, PR visas include the spouse and unmarried children under 21 of the primary visa applicant.

Immigrant Visa

Non-Immigrant Visa

Non-immigrant visas are temporary visas to visit, work, or study in the United States. Most non-immigrant visas require that the visa holder maintains a residence in his or her home country. All are temporary, but most may be renewed for a period of time. Note that under U.S. law, the burden of proof is placed upon the applicant for a non-immigrant visa to convince a consular officer that the applicant intends to return home after the expiration of the visa.
